Warranty terms and conditions

  • The product warranty period is 18 months from the date of manufacture.
  • The service life of the product is 10 years.
  • In case of purchase of discount furniture - no claims on quality and appearance will be accepted.
  • Product defects detected during the warranty period and caused by the Factory will be repaired free of charge by the Factory's Service Centre.
  • Claims for the appearance of the product, incompleteness and discrepancies in the order are accepted only upon receipt of the product. Further such claims are not accepted, all work is carried out only at the expense of the buyer.
  • Warranty service is performed within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product to the factory and includes repair work and replacement of defective parts of the product.

Cases when no warranty service is performed:

  • End of warranty period.
  • Failure to fulfil the conditions of use, when using furniture in rooms with high humidity.
  • Presence of mechanical damage on the product.
  • Exceeding the permissible loads on the transformation mechanisms.
  • Damage to or loss of the product due to force majeure (natural disaster, fire, flood, accident, use of poor quality furniture care products, etc.).
  • Damage to the product caused by deliberate or accidental actions of the consumer.
  • Damage to the product caused by foreign objects, liquids, animals, insects, etc. getting inside the product.
  • Presence of traces of tampering with the product or repair of the product by yourself or by organisations, companies or private persons not authorised by the Factory.
  • Damage to the product as a result of modifications to its design.
  • Use of the product for production purposes.
  • For upholstery and cushion covers made from the purchaser's fabric.
  • If the warranty card is not clearly filled out or if there are changes and additions to the warranty card.

Furniture defects do not constitute a defect:

  • Minor differences in shades and textures of facing fabrics and leather.
  • Minor differences in colour shades and differences in the paintwork pattern (decor).
  • Minor wrinkling of the soft element panelling, occurring after stress relief and disappearing after gentle smoothing by hand.
  • Deviation from the overall dimensions ± 2-3cm. per product (according to GOST 19917-93).
  • Small hairline cracks ("cracking effect"), scuffs of the natural leather furniture covering caused by the use of the furniture.
  • Claims for the product with soiling that occurred during the use of the furniture are not accepted! The factory reserves the right to modify products, improve their operational properties without prior notice.
