If the client has any complaints about the quality of the furniture, it is necessary to fill out a free-form complaint form / and submit it to the store where the purchase of the product was made. If possible, take a picture of the reason for the complaint with a digital camera and send it to the factory's email address with full information about the purchase (city, buyer's name, store, model name, fabric, etc.)
The product warranty period is 18 months from the date of manufacture. The warranty period begins from the moment the product is delivered to the customer's home. Warranty service includes repair work and replacement of defective parts of the products. In this case, the warranty period is extended for the time the product is under repair.
The product service life is 10 years. In the case of purchasing discount furniture, claims for quality and appearance are not accepted. Defects of products discovered during the warranty period that arose due to the fault of the Factory will be eliminated free of charge by the Factory Service Center. Claims for the appearance of the product, incompleteness, as well as non-compliance with the order are accepted only upon receipt of the product. In the future, such claims are not accepted, all work is carried out only at the expense of the buyer. The product passport contains a warranty card, which is proof of the product's good condition at the time of its purchase. The card is signed by the Seller and the Buyer.
Buyers of our online store are entitled to all rights provided for in the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Return and exchange of goods are regulated by Articles 8 and 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". The consumer's claims provided for in this article shall not be satisfied if the seller, manufacturer (enterprise that satisfies the consumer's claims established by Part One of this Article) prove that the defects in the goods arose as a result of the consumer's violation of the rules for using the goods or storing them. The consumer has the right to participate in checking the quality of the goods in person or through his representative. The return or exchange of the goods shall be carried out only according to the written conclusion of the manufacturer's authorized warranty service center that the conditions of use of the goods have not been violated. In accordance with Article 9 "Consumer Rights When Purchasing Goods of Proper Quality" of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights": 1. The consumer has the right to exchange a non-food good of proper quality for a similar one from the seller from whom it was purchased, if the goods did not satisfy him in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used by him for its intended purpose. The consumer has the right to exchange goods of proper quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase. The exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out if it has not been used and if its commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the settlement document issued to the consumer together with the sold goods have been preserved. The list of goods that are not subject to exchange (return) (172-94-p) for the reasons specified in this article shall be approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. 2. If at the time of exchange a similar good is not on sale, the consumer has the right either to purchase any other goods from the available assortment with an appropriate transfer of the cost, or to terminate the contract and receive a refund in the amount of the cost of the returned goods, or to exchange the goods for a similar one upon the first receipt of the corresponding goods for sale. The seller is obliged to notify the consumer of this on the day the goods are received for sale. 3. When terminating a purchase and sale agreement, settlements with the consumer are made based on the cost of the goods at the time of purchase. The money paid for the goods is returned to the consumer on the day of termination of the agreement, and if it is impossible to return the money on the day of termination of the agreement - at another time agreed upon by the parties, but no later than within seven days. In other cases, it is necessary to contact the service center and use the free warranty service. The nature of the defect is determined by the company's expert, who draws up an expert report when inspecting the furniture, and notifies the buyer of this.

Presence of traces of third-party interference with the product or repair of the product independently, or by organizations, enterprises, or private individuals not authorized to do so by the Factory. Damage to the product as a result of changes to its design. Use of the product for production purposes. On upholstery and cushion covers made of the buyer's fabric. In the absence of a clearly completed warranty card or the presence of changes and additions to the warranty card.
In these cases, service is provided at the expense of the Buyer according to industry prices.
- Minor differences in shades and textures of upholstery fabrics and leather.

- Small hairline cracks (“cracking effect”), abrasions of furniture covering made of genuine leather, which have arisen during the operation of the furniture.
Claims for products with contamination that occurred during the operation of the furniture are not accepted!
